Hello!
Is it just me or did summer seemingly end and winter arrive overnight!!!
I remember penning this newsletter last month barefoot in the garden and now I'm bunkered on the sofa with a perpetually soggy beardie for company snuggled under a heated throw (best invention EVER!!!)... It's gone from one extreme to another !!! Ooooof ! Well it can just sort itself out, maybe for a touch longer please ! I am wishing for a return of the sunshine as I intend to pop away to the coast for a few days... a little break away to fill my gills with cornish sea air to give me the energy for the madness that is brewing with the festive season nearly upon us ! As a maker... it really is a crazy time ! And I LOVE it !!!!

As I said earlier, I hope to hop away to the coast for a few days, to coincide with my Birthday ! A number 1 rule in my world... another spin around the sun should be celebrated with a surf, a walk along the beach with my Family snuffling a cinnamon bun and a good shot of rum ! Always have... #itsthelittlethings - This does mean that the ScruffyDogShop will be closed from Thursday this week and will reopen on my return...
I will also be popping into Zeath Gallery whilst I'm there to say Hello to everyone and to collect what's left of my ScruffyDogCollection2024.... It's been an incredible summer for me at Zeath and I've loved being more a part of the Team being in charge of their socials on a daily basis... The Gallery is solely run by volunteers, the artists themselves, which I think makes it super special... and I'm very proud to be a part of it.
You can still find ScruffyDog inside My Little Vintage in Olney and Duston Village Bakery in Northampton if you need a special something in the meantime !
