Hello !! How's you ? Thought it was time to scribble another blog of sorts... So much seems to be going on... It's sometimes good just to sit, catch up, make new plans and whizz off again !!!
So what's been happening since I last chattered ! Well… I found myself somehow in the local press... I didn't know ! One of my lovely customers sent me the link... There was a feature on female led local businesses and there I was ! What a lovely surprise !
I wrote to the paper just to say thank you and they replied to say they would love to interview me properly and do a feature ! Gadzooks ! WHAAAT !!! I said YES ! Another wonderful nerve wracking experience to add to my collection so far this year ! They have also featured me on #internationalwomensday when I made it into actual print !! I scampered out immediately to buy the paper to keep ! That went straight into my treasure box !!
I moved into a glorious cabinet inside The Magnolia Barn over at the Old Dairy Farm Craft Centre at Upper Stowe... and already feel very settled with some good sales... Giant thanks to Natalie and Emma for this great opportunity... There is to be a Spring Fair at the centre on Easter Saturday... I shall be there with CookieVan parked in the beautiful Courtyard... really looking forward to it... really looking forward too to the cream tea I have promised myself at The Barn Cafe... having spied them on my last visit !!! *rubs tummy* Myself and Mr D stopped for lunch a couple of weeks ago and it was TERRIFIC ! 
From one ScruffyDogStockist to another… (I’ve not said THAT for a long time!) I visited Olney yesterday, firstly to freshen up the ScruffyDogCabinet found inside the Katie Goddard Gift Shop (23 Market Place)… I caught Katie painting a beautiful springlike canvas… it was interesting to watch her at work… if you hop over to her Facebook page you can see the one I mean ! Beautiful ! I also got to catch up with Julia at My Little Vintage... Julia is hosting a heap of events at Turvey House this year and I am excited to be at the first one on Sunday 7th April... It looks to be a cracker ! I popped in to grab a heap of flyers I need to share about… spread the word… 
Lots of things happening behind the scenes too...
I have been tentatively pondering a rejoosh of my branding... it's been a while and I'd like to bring Fudge onboard in some way... A lovely friend of mine, has always been responsible for creating illustrations for my ScruffyDog ThankYou Cards and Christmas Cards and she had done a spot on job of drawing me and Fudge... Take a peep below… isn’t it wonderful!!! I love that I'm in my dungies (as always) and that CookieVan has also been included... I am doing more and more events trading inside my VW so only seemed right... My adventures ! My Story ! Ah Clare I love it... THANKYOU !
My trusty design and print chap who turns my crazy ideas and Clare's illustrations into the actual finished product you guys get when you receive a ScruffyDog parcel has stepped away from the print world...Gulp !!! ...but thankfully has put me in touch with another lovely lady. It turns out I happened to have crossed paths with Cathryn at various events over the years... we are meeting up next week over tea and cake to discuss ideas... so I am super excited about that ! Let's see what we can cook up between us ! Watch this space for news !
Finally... keep a watch on the ScruffyDogShop... I seem to be on a creative spurt at the moment... which is awesome... anyone creative will know the mojo ebbs and flows ! So new silverwork is being added to the shop all the time...
Keep watch also on my socials... Unbelievably PupFudge is 1 later this month... so we shall be celebrating as I always like to do with a little ScruffyDog GiveAway... I'll run it on Facebook as that's where the majority of my business comes from... a bit of fun... a chance for me to give something back...
I think that's just about covered everything ! Lot's going on... Which is how I like it !
